Product Description
Brown Polka Dot French Almond Press On Nails are made from virgin grade ABS thermoplastic and made by high pressure injection molding with short almond shape and natural smooth cuticle curve. This particular SKU is a mixed design set which comes in two different visual variations. One is a sheer nude base with a dark brown French tip accented with a white polka dot pattern, and the other is a full coverage dark brown solid base with matching white polka dots. Both designs are made using a two-pass pad printing process where the white oil-based pigment is printed on top of the colored gel base and then semi-cured. The French tip variation first uses pad-printing for the brown French curve, followed by a secondary precision pass to place the white dots at a consistent spacing and radius along the curved edge.
