Glossy Tortoiseshell & Brown Press-On Nails

Glossy tortoiseshell and brown press-on nails are injection-molded from high-impact ABS plastic. Each 24-piece set includes an equal number of deep chocolate brown solid tips and translucent amber patterned tortoiseshell tips. The raw nail bases are 15mm long and taper from 0.7mm at the cuticle to 0.5mm at the free edge. There are 10 size variations, covering a width range of 8mm to 14mm. The tortoiseshell pattern is pad-printing transfer over a semi-cured brown base coat. A final high thickness UV cured clear top coat provides a uniform gloss finish and a 2H pencil hardness rating for surface scratch resistance. The full seal top layer protects the patterned units on the Glossy Tortoiseshell & Brown Press-On Nails from fading and pigment loss from hand sanitizers, soaps and regular cosmetic removers. Each nail is pre-taped with medical grade acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive. Peel strength is batch tested between 11N to 13N per 25mm width to ensure a secure wear period of 7 to 10 days in standard office environments. For custom pattern changes (e.g., marble veining or custom animal prints) and Pantone color adjustments to the solid brown bases, we have a pad-printing facility in-house.
