Tortoiseshell Almond Glossy Press On Nails

Product Overview:

24 pre-shaped almond tips in a mixed pattern of dark tortoiseshell, amber gradient and glossy nude bases. Almond Glossy Tortoiseshell Made of 0.4mm medical-grade ABS sheets, press-on nails provide a flexible fit and structural strength without additional bulk at the cuticle line. The tips are pre-shaped and pre-buffed for instant use.

Materials & Production Data:

The base is made from high impact, BPA-free ABS polymer. The tortoiseshell and amber patterns are screen printed in three layers so that they are completely opaque, they will not bleed or fade on the tapered edges. The final layer is a UV-cured high gloss topcoat, to provide chemical resistance from acetone and general daily use. The almond profile is crafted with a 20-degree curve, designed to hug natural nail beds to minimize lifting.

Size & Usage:

Each set has 12 different sizes per hand, so 24 pieces total. Each tip has a size number printed (0-11) on the underside for quick sorting during salon use or home application. It works with regular nail glue or adhesive tabs. The under surface of the tip has an etched surface roughness (Ra 2.5) to mechanically lock the adhesive in place and avoid premature pop-offs.

Quality Control & Manufacturing:

The production line carries out a two-stage QC inspection of the Tortoiseshell Almond Glossy Press on nails. The first stage is physical, looking at edge smoothness, tip flexibility and ensuring there is no injection molding flash. Stage two is optical. Each unit is passed through a 3x magnification lightbox to detect micro-bubbles, dust inclusions or surface scratches in the topcoat.

We are happy to work with OEM and ODM orders. We offer custom Pantone color matching, changes to the almond length (short/medium/long) and private label branding. We can also print your logo on the nailtails or provide fully customized packaging including blister trays, magnetic boxes or retail ready displays.

Supply Chain & Packaging：

Inner tray sealed in PVC to avoid moisture absorption, packed in 600 unit crush resistant export cartons (gross weight: 18 kg). We do FOB and CIF basis.
