Adhesive and prep accessory

Each press on nails set will inclue cyanoacrylate glue or adhesive tabs, a mini file, a wooden stick, and an alcohol prep pad. The pad is a line item, not a filler; oil left on the natural nail plate is the main reason a press-on lifts early, and a quote that drops the wipe moves that failure onto the end user. Glue is filled on a separate line from the tips and lot-coded independently, so a glue recall does not pull the nail batch with it. Tabs are packed dry and kept away from the glue line during packing; tab adhesive picks up cyanoacrylate vapour and loses tack.

Packaging

We can accept customized private-label packaging, commonly in the 3,000 sets range where the factory prints in-house. Buyers should confirm whether printing is in-house or subcontracted: subcontracting adds lead time and moves artwork-approval deadlines earlier. Dielines and a physical mockup are approved before print. Barcodes, ingredient statements and safety warnings are locked before the print run - a label error found after printing is a full reprint, and on a low-cost solid-colour nail the reprint can exceed the value of the nails in the box.
